Superbly situated, sunny cottage-style room with en-suite bathroom, opening onto a deck, which overlooks Woodstock's main road and affords a majestic vista of the iconic Table Mountain. This gallery home is a modern renovation of a Victorian classic
We have turned our heritage home into a vibrant exhibition of friendly warmth and meaningful art. In constant conversation with our neighbours we have established the space as a hidden gem in the area

This is me pictured with my husband, actor/writer/musician, Vaneshran and our 15 month old son, Nuan, at the enchanted Rose Garden of Ooty, Tamil Nadu, during our last visit to India. I am a Fair Trade analyst, specializing in Cocoa, as well as an accredited Iyengar Yoga Instructor. Our home is called Kailasa, after the mountain residence of Hindu deity Shiva, and we try to live according to the ancient principles of Yoga, that is, the 'union' of all things, whether in embracing all in spiritual matters or bringing people together socially or creatively, or the way we eat and prepare food. Moderation is also our motto. We are artists at heart, and our home reflects our lives and philosophy, full of character, stories (past and present) and art. In the heart of the city, with Table Mountain in full view to the south and a splendid view of Woodstock and the old Castle brewery to the north, we have created a creative haven for family, friends and like minds, living to the beats of their own music and finding time to make harmonies as often as possible, whether in work or play or simply relaxing at home.
