We have recorded audio guides to download to your smart phone. Then we'll give you a list GPS locations which when used with your cars sat nav will get you to some remote and unique locations, including a walk to a 5,000 year old tomb, just 20 minute drive from our house!
Interaction with guests
We live about 300 meters from the house and Louise works daily with her horses in the stable yard. We're always happy to help!
Other things to note
The house is located beside our stable yard and there can be a small amount of car and horse traffic passing in front of the house during daytime.
For your safety, access to our horses and stables is restricted to supervised visits. The house is not available for hen or stag parties. Smoking is only permitted outside at a dedicated but covered area.
I'm married to Louise and we have a little girl, but the big girl in our house is our 80kg /13 stone/176lb Irish Wolfhound "Piglet" and we've heard all the jokes about putting a saddle on her! I work full time in my own food business, while Louise looks after our daughter and the horses. Most of the riding we offer is one-to-one normally when I get back from work in the long summer evenings. Louise is a qualified riding instructor and gives all the lessons, while I take out the more experienced riders on a trek to the hill behind us - the photo shown is the real view - no photoshop used!!
