Cool, convenient, comfortable and spacious 900 sqf city loft in SoMa Mid-Market ('MiMa') close to Twittr and Uber HQ, Blue Bottle Coffee, Peets, Fitness SF Gym, City Hall, Van Ness Muni Station, Civic Center BART Station, Bill Graham Auditorium, Asian Art Museum, downtown buses, and tons of great restaurants and bars.
The space is laid out to help you relax, chill, recharge, be productive, and rest easy.
The building is intimate with only four units and friendly neighbors. The loft is on the top floor with no common walls on all sides so there a genuine sense of privacy and seclusion - a rare thing in the heart of San Francisco. There is also plenty of natural light through windowed 17 foot walls, side windows and a skylight.
Make use of the cool roof top deck with 360 degree views from the Mission to Twin Peaks/Sutro Tower and Castro to Market Street to downtown to Potrero Hill, beautiful St Jospeph's Church and Bernal Heights.
This great space is ideal for professionals, couples, and explorers alike. Enjoy!
You will have full use of the apartment, the communal rooftop deck and dedicated garage space.
Interaction with guests
I'm often travelling but will be available via phone/email during your stay and a friend will also be locally present in San Francisco to help look after you during your stay. Either way we've got you covered!
Other things to note
SOMA Mid-Market is a cool and trendy location although still up-and-coming, and on occasion features some colorful San Francisco street life in the form of homeless folks, a harmless integral aspect of inner-city SF life, but just thought worth mentioning for first timers to SF.
Hi there everyone I'm Bruce. I've been a San Francisco local for 7 years now and love it here. I have a loft in mid-market in the heart of all the action. I work in the software industry (surprise) and travel quite a bit with work. I love travel, meeting new people, learning other cultures, fitness, movies, reading, snowboarding, friends and family. I'm seeking respectful travelers who can enjoy my home when I'm out of town traveling. I look forward to welcoming you. :o)
