A stylish farmhouse cottage at Holly House Farm near Richmond, with a private hot tub open all year and a log-burning stove for evenings in. The open-plan kitchen and dining area seats eight, and the walled garden has a charcoal BBQ and a pizza oven.

Four bedrooms sleep eight, two with en-suites, and up to two dogs are welcome in this secure, pet-friendly garden.

The space
The open-plan kitchen centres on a large island with a coffee machine and wine cooler, leading to a dining area seating eight beneath a double-height ceiling, and a sitting room with an L-shaped sofa and log-burning stove.

A ground-floor bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower; upstairs, the master has an en-suite bath and shower, and two further bedrooms share a house bathroom with a bath and shower.

Guest access
Guests have full use of the cottage. A ramp leads into the living room through the French doors from the front garden, where the step is lowest, though door widths mean the cottage is not fully wheelchair accessible.
Stairgates are fitted at the top and bottom of the stairs.

Private on-site parking is provided for four cars, and a cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Other things to note
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge; the garden is walled and secure for pets. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.

A 25% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. Henry can also be booked alongside Georgia and Austin at Holly House Farm for groups of up to eighteen.
