Reservations at our properties are preferentially given to our students, professional guests who need either a quiet environment to prepare for their exams, seasonal work, get ready for an interview / conferences, or just to relax as a quick getaway or simply working at home individuals. This location is closed to Beth Israel Hospital, NJIT, Medical, EWR Aiport, Newark Penn Station, NJ PAC, Prudential Center & more.
No extra Guest, No Free Guest. No 3rd Party Booking.
If the Booked Guest would like to have an extra Guest or an over night visitor. The Airbnb account holder would have to add them on the RESERVATION or book another room or bed for their guest, otherwise both/all guest will be escorted out the property with No Refund.
The room is strictly for Sleeping/Resting and not a HANG OUT SPACE.

There’s a possibility such items might NOT BE AVAILABLE during check In or Check out due to high volume usage from current guest.

And also To sit down and consume breakfast, lunch, dinner and super.
Guest are responsible for Any damages caused or found on property by Guest on any household items, tears in sheet, pillow, pillow cases, pillow/sheet/Mattress stains, hole on walls etc.
Host are not responsible for any theft, lost, misplaced of GUEST personal ITEMS.
