Scenic view from a cozy cabin located in the suburbs of Oslo. Grefsen is situated well outside the city center but is accessible by a couple tram lines 10 minutes walking distance from the cabin. The cabin has everything you need. The bathroom is quite small but does the job. When you shower the sink and toilet get wet because of the tightness of the area. The heated floors throughout the cabin were very nice and the view is well worth the stay. There were some communication problems with Brit but everything worked out.

Brit's place was perfect for our couple of days we spent in Oslo. The heated floors were a lovely surprise! It was close to grocery stores, public transit, and not far from bars and restaurants. Brit was very welcoming and gave us fantastic suggestions for dinner. She also helped us with things to do on the next leg of our trip. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

My husband insisted on this place because it was cheap. My husband is also 6'4". Don't be like him. Heed the warnings that this place is small. It's actually one of those "tiny houses" that are all the rage right now; probably fine for one person, but for two people it was a pretty miserable experience. Brit has clearly done her part to make the place homey -- it is beautifully decorated and has as many amenities as the place can fit. However, it was incredibly difficult to simply maneuver around in -- husband had to duck to get under the doorway, and the bathroom is so tiny that literally sitting on the toilet meant resting my arm on the sink just so I could fit in it (on that note, be aware there is NO DOOR on the bathroom, just a shower curtain, so you better be with someone you trust). It's in a gorgeous, but somewhat isolated part of town in the hills, and is located at the top of a very steep, very tall stairway -- it's hard to find via public transit and difficult to reach if you are carrying bags or if the weather is not great. Brit also did not answer a single one of my messages prior to our arrival, and I was honestly shocked to find that both she and the place existed and it wasn't a scam. Make no mistake, the neighborhood is lovely and the views are unmatched, but if you get stressed out easily or are taller than six feet, this is not the place for you.

This tiny house was perfect for the weekend in oslo! In a calm residential neighborhood on the hills not far from the center by tram, we also got a great view of the snowy oslo suburbs and the famous ski jump stadium. Brit was really helpful and reactive before and during our stay. Definitely recommend.

This flat is quite small - great for 2 people maximum. It provides a beautiful view of the Oslo Fjord and the small sector of Grefsen. It is very close to public transit systems - which can be confusing at first but are easily manageable after one or two trips. Brit was happy and kind the time I spoke with her. Some more information on the public transit system, and how to arrive at the flat would be useful. Otherwise, this place was great for a relaxing cozy stay outside of the Oslo city center and proved perfect for those interested in having a loosely scheduled vacation around the city.

Really really nice. Quirky with fantastic views. Small but perfectly formed. The area was nice and quiet. Lots of little walks around the local area with a 10 minute walk to transport in to Oslo. What a lovely way to spend a few nights at the top of Oslo. Where can i get one of these little homes.
