Charming, contemporary studio in Eastern Nassau, Bahamas. A walking distance from beautiful beaches. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring everything Nassau has to offer.

Our modern studio is within a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants and local bars. This gated residence is equipped with a full kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, hot water and ocean view access to ensure your comfort and safety.

The space
The Studio consist of a enclosed bedroom with a TV, closet, ironing board and drawers for storage. Just outside of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a standing shower.

In the the main area we have a fully equipped kitchen with a 2 seat dinning table, comfortable couch, and a second TV for relaxation.

Guest access
Guest have access to the ocean just down the drive way where you can explore the rocks and bask in the cool ocean breeze. Car rental is highly suggested to make movement easier.
