Interaction with guests
Jack and I will be around throughout the day. Jack and my father are early risers, me, not so much LOL
I'm usually working the horses or tending to the grounds.
We are social people and enjoy company and always have room at the dinner table!
Other things to note
The restroom is stocked with Paul Mitchell shampoo & conditioner, flat iron, blowdryer, brushes, body wash, toiletries are available if you need anything, and plush linens. I clean the bathroom daily because this is a shared bathroom!! We are putting in a dedicated bathroom just for this bathroom. This will be completed mid June. It will be spacious and have that rustic farm feel to it! We are very excited for this new addition to our home!!
Breakfast is self serve.
I have cereals, gluten free oatmeal, oatmeal, farm fresh eggs, toast, raisin English muffins, fresh fruit, almond milk, lactose free milk, and yogurt. If your up and around when we're cooking, glad to make extra!!
Jack and I are easy going, no drama, and hard working. We ask that our house guest be respectful of being quiet after 9PM on week nights and 11PM on weekends.
We are NOT a PARTY house. If going to someones house and getting drunk and being loud is your idea of a good time, we may not get along(I can't believe I have to say this, but it happens)!
If you have pets, please pre-approve them with us FIRST.
We do not allow ANY pets on the furniture!
We ask that you cleanup after them, keep them on a leash when they are outside for their safety and our other animals safety.
We love to share our animals and ask that you don't interact with the horses unless one of us is present for liability reasons.
We are very excited to have our first foal crop out of our incredible imported Gypsy mares! Jack and I love to share these amazing Gypsy horses with people!!
We do not give lessons or have horses for rent.
We provide free WIFI and do not permit any illegal downloading..

Jack and I are excited to share our stunning home with new friends. We love animals and hope you do too. In our free time we like to fish, hunt, horse camping, enjoy our ranch in Eastern Oregon, listen to country music, and projects around the ranch. We both love to have company and host parties, hence why we are excited to be able to meet new people. We love to travel and try and get out to a sunny destination yearly. We both scuba dive as well.
Jack is a local, growing up in West Linn OR and I was born and raised in Ketchikan Alaska.
We share our 4500 sf house with a mini Aussie and two Ridgebacks. All three dogs are very loving and social. Though they have a big bark, they will welcome you with wagging tails. My 86 yr old father shares our home with us as well. He is very quiet in his room and loves to chat and work on his puzzles, play his computer, oh, and sports sports sports. You can always find him in the family room watching the game. We have about 40 chickens roaming the area during the day. You will hear the rooster crow throughout the day, but they are quiet at night. We have security cameras located around the exterior of the property and on the ground floor of the home. We ask that you respect the privacy of our barn and outbuildings. I am always happy to share our beautiful Gypsy horses with our guest when I am present. Cheers!
