Self contained flat within easy access of the town centre. There is a large living room/bedroom with a double bed, sofa and T.V., a large kitchen/dining room and a shower room. Suitable for a single person or couple and would accommodate a child too.
Please note, the ceiling is quite low so it is not suitable for anyone over 6'2" (1.88m).

Leamington has many nice bars and restaurants and we are very close to the canal and Newbold Comyn as well as several other parks.
Warwick, which has many historic sights, is close to Leamington, easily accessible by bus or taxi and Stratford upon Avon is a 25 minute drive away, also accessible by bus.
