The cottage is in the gardens of Orchard House situated off the Main street of the popular village of Bishopthorpe.
Large private car park.
Free WIFI. Smart TV .
Sorry- there is no space for extra guests.
Not suitable for children under 10 years.

Plenty of shops nearby in walking distance.
Fish & chip shop.
Two teashops serving home made cakes & tea& coffee.
The Award Winning "Bishy Road" area is nearby- on the way into town.
The local bus runs past the house into town every 45 minutes.
Also park&ride within 1 mile as an alternative way into the city.
Cycle track passes through village for car free cycling through pretty countryside - woods and fields.
