This spacious apartment in Shoreditch is fairly new and furnished simply but is very comfortable for the perfect home stay experience. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. This home would be perfect for a group of friends or couples wanting to experience the fantastic nightlife of East London and be close to great restaurants and bars.
Calling all hipsters and youngsters and those who don't care much for the touristic traps! If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, bright and spacious apartment in the heart of London's hip East End, then look no further!
The best part of the apartment is the location. The flat is very close to all the great bars, restaurants, food markets and galleries of Shoreditch. Only 4 minutes walk from Hoxton Station and about 12 minutes to Old Street station, and there is a bus stop just outside the flat. This flat is a great base whether you want to work in the City or explore the city!
The apartment is located in a modern block and was designed to provide maximum space for living. There is an elevator in the building so you won't be carrying bags up the stairs. As you can see in the pictures, there is a lot of natural light coming into the rooms during the day time. You won't feel cramped in here. The flat also contains a washer and dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Open Plan Living/ Dining/ Kitchen Area
The living room comes with a massive TV with a large selection of channels. There is a lovely new sofa that opens in to a comfortable double bed for 2 people. The photos of the sofa is the old one- the grey one is the new one. There is also a dining table in case you want to have a cooked dinner at home.
The living room and kitchen are open plan but the space has been divided by a large shelving unit so that the dining and kitchen area are separate from the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for modern living. There is some basic condiments in the kitchen such as olive oil, vinegars, salt and pepper. There is a selection of tea and coffee as well, and a Nespresso machine and coffee pods will be provided.
There are two bedrooms and both of them have comfortable double beds. They also have plenty of storage space as they both contain built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double door leading into the main living area for easy access and makes the room feel very spacious. Both bedrooms will be made up for every guest using hotel quality linen.
The bathroom if fairly compact but has everything that you need. It has a shower over the bath, toilet and basin. Large fluffy towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Additionally, I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free, on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport… or anything else you might fancy. Hopefully this will help you get even more out of your stay. Details will be provided at check-in.
Interaction with guests
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please note that there is a washing machine in the property. However it is currently broken, so please do not attempt to use it.

-All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
