Apartment is in villa Punta, on Peninsula Punta, residental part of town Vodice .
Apartment with private entrance , private terrace and private parking.
This is apartment 45m2+14 m2 own terrace, ideal for family (2 adults+ 2 children) , 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, ,bathroom with shower cabine and toilet. Master bedroom has double bed andTV+SAT, smaller childrens bedroom has 2 single beds. Another TV+SAT is in living room with kitchen and dining room. Quiet terrace with pool view in shadow of palms.
Villa has private outdoor pool 4x8mx1.5m depth.
Private gym is in basement.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt

Top position, unique apartments, pool and parking place. Vodice is a charming seaside town, a 40min drive from both the airport in Zadar (north) and Trogir (south). The center consists of cozy stone house located centered around the marina with restaurants, ice- and cocktail-bars lying in a row. Tourists, both young and old, can enjoy a varied offer of activities and attractions. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing on the beaches or go fishing, diving, on cycling trips or attend excursions.
