Our office is not on-site ( located on 34 street between 10th and 20th Avenue) eventhough few days before the arrival you will be contacted by our concierge department in order to confirm your arrival time & transfer service ($$) if required.

• BUSINESS HOURS ARRIVALS 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. You will be registered and will receive keys, check-in materials and directions to get the condominium where the concierge will be waiting for you to give you the access.

• AFTER HOURS ARRIVALS 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM: You will receive detailed arrival instructions from your assigned concierge.

HOUSEKEEPING
By booking your apartment you will receive a detailed confirmation with all you need to know about your rental.
The unit will be inventoried and delivered clean with bath and beach towels according to maximum occupancy, initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies.
Guests are responsible for additional household and personal supplies.

Cleaning services are SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED at booking,and can be provided between 9:00am and 17:00 pm.
Cleaning services DOES NOT INCLUDE: dish washing and laundry.

Está perfectamente comprendido que cualquier daño o sobre cualquier cosa perdida serán deducidas del depósito a su precio de reposición, lo que puede incluir además el costo de la mano de obra, embarque y costo de importación. Las bodegas (si hubieren) están reservadas para los Propietarios y no están incluidas en esta renta. Usted como inquilino está de acuerdo en tomar todos los recaudos necesarios para que usted y su familia y cualquier otra persona invitada a la propiedad se adhieran a todas las reglas y regulaciones que afectan al condominio y propiedad.
• Huéspedes son responsables por la propiedad, sus contenidos, y todo lo relacionado durante la estadía. Huéspedes deben cerrar las ventanas y puertas de forma segura, y deberán tener todos los cuidados para preservar la propiedad y su seguridad. • La pintura, la redecoración, o las reparaciones de mobiliario o quitar cualquier ítem del condo está prohibido.
• Cualquier exceso en el máximo de ocupantes puede ocasionar la pérdida del depósito de seguridad.
• Preguntas, Quejas y Mantenimiento
Los dueños de la propiedad y su staff de trabajo trabajan fervientemente para estar seguros que tanto el condo como sus amenidades estén funcionando correctamente. Los dueños o sus administradores estarán disponibles para manejar cualquier inconveniente, consulta y supervisor el mantenimiento de la propiedad. En caso de problemas de mantenimiento harán lo necesario para tener todo solucionado lo antes posible una vez notificados.
• De todos modos, no aplica ningún reembolso o ajuste de tarifa por cualquier falla ocasional como puede ser cortes de: energía eléctrica, agua, sistema de filtración de piscinas, aire acondicionado, teléfono, servicio de televisión satelital, etc.
• Es obligación de los huéspedes reportar cualquier problema o daño inmediatamente a los administradores o dueños de la propiedad.
• Responsabilidad
El arrendatario nombrado en este contrato será responsable por él mismo y los otros inquilinos hospedados en el condo y cualquier invitado al mismo así estén registrados en el condo o no. El arrendatario conoce que los dueños y sus empleados y sus agentes no conllevan ninguna responsabilidad solidaria o seguro y por lo tanto, no pueden responder por ninguna falta o cualquier accidente, perdida, daño o injuria sufrida por los arrendatarios, miembros del condo o cualquier otro invitado, el cual el arrendatario o cualquiera de sus invitados haya dado acceso a la propiedad, con respecto si la pérdida es el resultado directo o indirecto de actos de Dios, peligro incidente del mar, cualquier cuerpo de agua, fuego, maquinaria, equipamiento, actos de gobierno u otras autoridades, de jure o de facto, guerras (declarada o no), hostilidades, disturbios civiles, actos delictivos, epidemias, cuarentenas, regulaciones de aduana, demoras o cancelaciones o cambios en itinerarios en el calendario o de actos de omisión de cualquier aerolínea. Por consiguiente, el arrendatario libera de toda posible responsabilidad a alguna y todas las partes involucradas en el proceso de renta, como son: La Empresa de administración y reservaciones de la propiedad, así como también libera de toda responsabilidad a sus dueños y administradores por cualquier y toda perdida o desperfecto a pertenencias personales o por cualquier tipo de accidente.

• NO ESTA PERMITIDO FUMAR DENTRO DEL DEPARTAMENTO.
• EL APARTAMENTO DEBE ESTAR LIMPIO AL CHECK-OUT SALVO SU USO REGULAR.
• NO ARROJAR EN LOS INODOROS NADA EXCEPTO EL MINIMO DE PAPEL HIGIENICO.

• Garrafon de Agua: La oficina provee el cambio de garrafones de agua purificada con un costo extra de $ 60 pesos cada uno.
• Estacionamiento: Cuenta con un lugar de estacionamiento, el automóvil deberá ser registrado en la administración.
• Servicio de Limpiezas: El programa de limpiezas será proporcionado en la reserva confirmada. Cualquier servicio adicional deberá preguntarlo a nuestro concierge.

• Limpiezas:
La unidad contara como cortesía inicial con papel higiénico y suministros básicos de limpieza antes de la llegada. Los clientes son responsables de los suministros adicionales.. • Pregunte por la información específica de su servicio de limpieza. Unidades Excesivamente desordenadas o sucias pueden estar sujetos a cargos adicionales de limpieza.

• NUESTRO PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO si su unidad no hay sido limpiada o tiene algún problema de mantenimiento por favor repórtelo a nosotros de inmediato y haremos todo lo posible para resolverlo de inmediato. La hora de salida no es el tiempo para informarnos sobre los problemas.

• REGLAS DEL CONDOMINIO - Los huéspedes están de acuerdo a respetar las Reglas del Condominio, cualquier incumplimiento de la reglas será motivo para terminar el contrato.

• Ocupación máxima:

1.Solo Invitado registrados previamente tiene acceso al condominio con una identificación.
Se requiere permiso del administrador para cualquier acceso no registrado.
2. Los niños mayores de 3 años se incluyen en la ocupación máxima. No hay personas adicionales. Cada departamento tiene un número de personas límite.
• De NO cumplir esta regla, el contrato es nulo y sin efecto, Se le pedirá la desocupación inmediata.
* ELECTRICIDAD. Las unidades que se les sorprenda con el A/A encendido con las puertas abiertas y las ventanas abiertas cuando está desocupada perderán la totalidad del depósito de seguridad. Great comfortable, quiet location near Quinta Avenida with jacuzzi on balcony and rooftop pool. Relatively new apartment with all necessary amenities for family with small or young children staying for a week or so. Basement garage a huge plus. Every other day housekeeping service was excellent add, as well as having someone from Karina's team in direct contact with us to make sure all details were taken care of. Thank you!

There were six of us staying here and we all said that we would stay here again. Playa del Carmen is paradise; the town is extremely safe and you feel like you are in a huge resort. The condo is right off the main street where all the bars, restaurants, shops and clubs are. You are two blocks from a beautiful, turquoise beach. The condo is super modern and decorated in such a way that you feel as though you are staying in a boutique hotel. There are about nine condos in the building and there were two big pools; we only saw one other person using the pool and felt as though we had a private pool. Highly recommend!

The listing in the description is very accurate. The place is wonderful, very clean and very nice. It has everything one could need for their stay. The location was fantastic, it's literally a minute walk from Quinta Avenida and very close to the beach as well. I had no problem during my stay and when the AC stopped working in one of the rooms they made sure to fix it within the same hour. Place, location, and service are of great quality. The meeting point for transportation to the parks is around the corner as well. I will make sure to look into the same place if I ever visit Playa del Carmen again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. The amenities were fantastic. The best thing about this apartment is the location. We were close to the beach, 5th Ave, and all the restaurants you could ask for. I would stay here again.

This was my first time using Airbnb and it was fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights. The condo was in great shape. I was so happy with the location. It was very close to 5th avenue and a lot of great restaurants. We didn't meet the owner, but Playa Moments was very helpful from airport pick-up to check-in and check-out.

Beautiful condo, exactly like the pictures posted. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Playa to stay here; you will not be disappointed. Great access to beach/grocery stores and 5th Av and we felt comfortable and safe the entire time.
