The space
A completely private room with ensuite bathroom, double bed, comfy armchair and walk-in wardrobe. Personal entry through side gate. Big picture windows with stunning views over the valley. Own small private courtyard area to sit and take-in the air. Watch and listen to the native bird life in the huge gum trees. Bespoke kitchenette (sink in ensuite), with most things supplied to make it homely.

It's a basic studio type room that would suit 1-2 guests looking for an inexpensive stay in the affluent Adelaide Hills area. Fee reductions offered for long stays. Reach out if you'd like to know more.

The room is part of my home, but completely closed off from the rest of the house. Private entryway leads through the small courtyard, some seating outside; a sliding door takes you inside to the room. Please know that this is an old rustic house. Everything works, but not necessarily to Kardashian aesthetics! If you're looking for a quaint, inexpensive stay, then my listing will suit you well.

Other things to note
Drinkable, mains water provided in your own ensuite bathroom. For laundry needs there's an excellent Laundromat five minutes drive into town. There is ample drying space for guests to use, outside.

I list my property's private room with goodwill in mind. I'm a very busy mum, juggling many demands. I always ensure that my guest(s) are comfortable and need for very little. Due to the age, size and location of my property (Adelaide Hills = very leafy) to some it may seem too old, too tired, etc. but it's rustic. It's clean. It's friendly. It's tidy. And I don't charge the earth. It's a basic little dwelling for you to stay in, which won't break the bank.
