This was our second time staying there, we loved how clean the apartments have been and how close it is to the street/parking.

Casa Terraza is a lovely place to stay. It’s stylish, comfortable, clean, and located a short walk away from the historic city center. A group of 11 of us stayed in 3 different apartments, and we had no issue with not having enough space. We all agreed that staying at Susan’s had…

We liked the location. There are many stores close by and it takes about 10-15 to walk to the city center. There was a lot of noise echoing from tenants in the other apartments and also from the outside. At check-in we couldn't get into the 1st floor apartment because the cod…

Response from Susan:
Thanks for your comments. It was a pleasure to meet you in person when I apologized and corrected the lock code on the second apartment. On the Airbnb App where is listing is Previewed, on the first sentence it states "four story building with one apartment on each floor. There is no elevator" I'm not sure how to make that clearer. We have had record rainfalls in the city that last 10 hours instead of 2. Many homes have been flooded and the bugs have come out in droves. Buildings are made out of concrete and bricks and with heavy rains there is an issue with paint peeling. It is an ongoing process for us and our neighbors to scrape and paint. As soon as I received your email I went straight over and got rid of as many mosquitos with a fly swatter (you're right, there must have been 100) and sprayed the space to get any I could not see. That is why I did not respond. My phone was elsewhere while I was on a step stool swatting away. It took some time. I think we left the windows open because the humidity is so high we are trying to get as much air movement as possible. The fan was left running as bugs do not like lots of air movement. I assumed the floors would have been cleaned by our cleaner and apologize that did not happen. Spider webs are an issue when the bugs come out in the rain. Our cleaner will keep a closer eye out for them. A couple of months ago we brought down a two dozen new sheets as replacements. We are going through the sheets now to remove any old ones. They could be rust stains from the humidity. For the water, it turns out Simapag shut down our area to make repairs on the water lines. They do not put out notification when they are performing work and it is most frustrating. Your units each have their own tinacos on the roof where your water is stored but that only lasts so long.

Great place to stay and the location is good. There is breakfast shop everyday across the street and a pudding shop every night which makes life so easy.
