This is an incredible place if you are into the downtown urban vibe or myriad of things to do in the Arts District, Brewery Row, Downtown, or even the Strip!
In order to provide a great guest experience to all of our guests, we have rules that must be enforced. Please read through the following rules & policies before booking your stay:
** RULES & POLICIES **
* NO SMOKING *
– Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in or around the unit, hallways, BBQ area, etc.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our units nice for all guests!
– Note that this studio is on the first floor of our complex. There are units above and directly next door.
- We are located in a lively up and coming Urban area in Downtown Las Vegas. There may be live music at nearby locales on certain days. There is construction intermittently occurring on the lot directly next to ours (There may be typical construction noise during the day). No refunds will be issued for noise.
– One pet under 75 lbs is welcome at the property for a 'happy paws' amenity fee of $75
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing a pet and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Additional fees apply if notice is not given in advance of bringing your pet.
2. You must clean up after your pet including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
** DAMAGES DURING STAY **
- Please note that guests may be subject to additional fees in the event of damage to our property or furnishings resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior during your stay. The extent of these charges will be determined based on the severity of the damage incurred.
** NO PARTIES, DISRUPTIVE OR EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE **
Please be mindful of our other guests.
**LIVELY AREA NOISE DISCLAIMER**
Please Note that this is a lively downtown urban area. The nearby bar may play live music on a given night, and construction on the lot next to ours began construction this year (intermittent construction related noise may be heard).
Most of our guests do not mind the lively nature of the area, but we do want to point out these possibilities during your stay. No Refunds will be issued for noise complaints.
