The space
63 m² refurbished house with 50 m² terrace in a quiet environment, close to bike paths, 2 km from the beach and the oyster port and 1 km from the first shops of Andernos-les-Bains with many activities throughout the year such as the Oyster Festival, Jazz Festival, Cabanes en fête...

It is on the ground floor with a private entrance, possibility to put the bikes in the yard and park the car in front of the house. It is adjoining the owner's house but there is no one opposite and each has an independent entrance.

KITCHEN: fully equipped American (2-burner glass-ceramic hob, microwave, Air Fryer, refrigerator-freezer blender, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with coffee, toaster, etc.).

LIVING ROOM: equipped with plenty of storage, a desk area, a sofa bed that can offer a very comfortable bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), a TV and a radio-CD, fan...

BEDROOM: 15 m² with double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), fan, wardrobe and hangers for storage.

A high chair, a baby bed (without sheet or baby duvet) are available for tenants.

Our accommodation is located in a residential area, a 20-minute walk from the city center and the oyster port. The neighborhood is very quiet and allows rest.
Andernos is a lively tourist town all year round with restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
It has 5 km of beach on the Arcachon Bay. There are activities organized by CAP 33 during the school holidays. These activities are free and allow vacationers to play sports and discover water activities with families.
Our accommodation is centrally located in the Arcachon Bay, making it possible to travel to different towns such as Cap Ferret and Arcachon.
