Other things to note
This is our home and we'd ask that you respect the neighbourhood, keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
We really want you to enjoy your stay and to feel at home. We ask that you keep the annexe tidy and respect the furniture, don't let your pets onto the sofa or beds. There is plenty of space to bring their beds for comfort.
We expect that you clean up after your pets and keep the garden area tidy. Smoking is of course allowed outside on the patio area.
I enjoy being outdoors and entertaining so this property provides an ideal solution for both.
Lincoln is a fantastic place to wander around and the local area offers a range of activities. I enjoy a tour of the real ale pubs and there are some great places to eat.
