Rental located 1.5 hours from the beach and Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan prefecture and 25 minutes from the very pretty village of Labastide-d'Armagnac and its Place Royale. You can also take the little train to the Marquèze Ecomuseum 35 minutes away.

The space
This 110 m² former barn, completely renovated, includes on the ground floor: 1 living room/fully equipped kitchen – 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed – 1 bathroom with walk-in shower – 1 toilet – 1 storage room – Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds, 1 baby bed) –– 1 toilet – 1 children's play area.
1 baby chair, sheets and linens are provided. Fiber is included. Free parking is available in front of the house.
Shops (Carrefour Contact, E. Leclerc Express, bakery, butcher...) available 4 km away.
For lovers of walks, cycling, quiet and rejuvenating spaces, the Grange de Routgé is for you!
Between mid-July and mid-August, rental is by the week only.
