You will have a 700 square foot upstairs apartment that is heated & air conditioned, with private outside entry and private parking space next to the front porch.
A queen size bed, couch and sizable closet are within the bedroom that is separate from the living area and kitchen.
Your separate, private, outside entry provides easy access 24 hours per day.
There is a small, private balcony right off the living area overlooking our front yard plus a private sitting area next to the front porch of your apartment.
Interaction with guests
We live on the main floor and we are either at home or close by most of the time. It would be our pleasure to possibly meet you as you are coming and going from your upstairs apartment.
Other things to note
The property is very close to both I-5 Exit 105 and downtown Olympia. You will enjoy our downtown area that has many restaurants and shops. Be sure to check out Capital Lake, the boardwalk adjacent to Budd Bay, the viewing tower and the waterfront restaurants.
Two private outdoor spaces are available for your exclusive use. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
There are actually 3 of us: myself in the all-dressed-up-stuffy photo, my wife, Kathy, whose photo you would like much more than mine, and our dog, Chevy, who keeps a watchful eye on the place. We live on the main floor and we welcome you to stay in our upstairs apartment.
