If you're looking to swim, surf, snorkel, kayak, and fall asleep to the sounds of the enchanted song of the coquis and the waves crashing onto the sand, you've found the right place to go!

The space

This is a large and spacious two level house (each level is completely separated from one another). You can decide to rent one of the levels/both depending on the amount of guests you'd like to accommodate. The entire house can comfortably fit approximately 10-12 people. We have extra air mattresses (2 twin and 1 queen) so that you can comfortably accommodate more people.

Guest access

If you rent one level, you will only have access to that specific level (e.g., upper/lower- the upper level has the balcony with the hammock). I have plenty of amenities which will be available to you (e.g., a kayak, surfboard, a giant oversized float with a weight, professional snorkeling gear, a boogie board, a charcoal grill, picnic tables, a lot of beach chairs, microwave, toaster, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, cable TV with HBO and Starz, wi-fi internet, ice cold air conditioning and best of all--a clean and almost private BEACH!

Interaction with guests

My name is Henry Vera. I'm always in town and I live very close to the beach house. I own Eric's Bakery in Aguadilla, PR (right near the beach house). I'm always willing to deliver fresh bread, hot sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, pernil, chicken, soda, fruit, juice, milk, beer liquor, etc. straight to the beach house for your convenience. Or, if you want to take a ride up for some hot Cuban style bread, sandwiches, coffee, fresh baked pastries, empanadas; or if you need any supplies, you can always meet me there. I'm available 24 hours if you need any help with the beach house, if you need directions or any information to travel around the island.

Other things to note

We are approximately 15 minutes from the Aguadilla airport. You can arrive at anytime. If you have a redeye flight- I can arrange for someone to meet you at the airport to guide you to the beach house and give you the keys to let yourselves in.

Great spot, right on a very beautiful sandy cove. The accomadation is basic but that is all we wanted. If you have noisy guests upstairs then be prepared to hear everything. Great to have use of bodyboards and the complimentary cakes on arrival were a lovely touch.

Wow. What a great property. I stayed on the lower level for 4 days and loved every minute! Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves every night/morning was incredible and so soothing. The place is clean and stocked with whatever you may need. The bed was comfy, the wifi was great, and the HD tv was wonderful (he has cable but I brought my amazon fire stick). The beach is literally right outside the door!! And the beach itself is breathtakingly beautiful. (I also recommend going to survival (URL HIDDEN) of my new favs in the whole world!!) I used the paddleboard to paddle to the sugar cane plant one afternoon, so much fun! Henry is such a down to earth easy going guy. His bakery was soo tasty and he even hooked me up with some free sandwiches and pastries!! Also, when I lost the house key at crash boat beach and was panicking a little, he said "no prob" and had me a new set within 20 mins. Couldn't have asked for a better host! I fell in love with the west coast of PR and cant wait to go back! I know where I'll be staying ;)

Henry is awesome. He was always available to help us with anything we needed, and he and his family were really nice. His bakery is great. You can get fresh pastries and sandwiches. The place was clean and comfortable. It had what we needed. Nothing fancy, though the paddle board and two-person sit on top kayak and other toys were a nice bonus. The only downside is that it was tough to sleep Saturday night because of the nearby rentals full of very loud vacationers. However, It is an apartment, on a local beach, very close to downtown Aguadilla, so this is to be expected.

We're kind of new to Airbnb but we have never been treated as good as Henry treated my family and I. He was so helpful and nice and was always offering help. The house is in front of a beautiful clean beach that we loved. The house was so comfortable and clean with a great a/c that came in handy on the hot days. It included beach chairs, boogie boards, kayak, paddle board. We will definitely rent his home again.

Oh! The beach! We are in love with this spot. Water is pristine, nice for light snorkeling, no high tide; perfect for kayaking. We are in love with this place. The apartment is confortable and the owner is super nice and helpful. We never used the car since we found great restaurants walking distance. Simply heaven! We can't wait to be back.
