Our apartment is located on the top (7th) floor directly on the Paul-Lincke Ufer, in what we consider to be Berlin's most beautiful district.

The space
At occasions when we are traveling, we are renting our spacious living room in our top floor apartment on Paul-Lincke Ufer.

The room includes a Sofa bed (160 cm), a table and chairs, 2 armchairs, a beamer and projection screen, an Xbox, Wifi, and linens. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view.

Bathroom consists of a large walk-in-shower with a rain shower head, a tub, sink, mirrored cabinet and toilet. We’ll provide you towels, shampoo and shower gel.

Directly in the so called "Kreuzkölln", the borderline of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Quiet and charming neighborhood despite its central location, close to bus lines, shopping, supermarkets, cafes, beer garden and restaurants. Three bus lines one 24/7. 15 minutes walking distance from U-Bahn (subway) U1 or U7 and U8, only two bus stops away (5min).
