Welcome to our trendy stay in the heart of Knokke, located in the shopping triangle Kustlaan, Dumortierlaan and Lippenslaan, less than 100 meters from the beach. A perfect location to start a stress-free holiday, with free parking included in a secure underground car park just 150 metres from the apartment. This parking lot is a unique asset in the center of Knokke!

Welcome to our cosy flat!
You can enjoy our sunny, covered and wind-protected balcony (8 x 1 m) through wide sliding windows. Inside, there is a furnished living area with parquet flooring and an open-plan kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, each with double bed (160 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a separate guest toilet. You can enjoy our excellent Wi-Fi and a 50-inch smart TV with all TV channels, plus free access to Netflix. The beds are made up with bed linen (duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases) before your arrival. We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo. And there are several towels ready for our guests.

The entire apartment is at the disposal of our tenants. There is a spacious common elevator. There are no steps at the entrance and also not in the private apartment.

In our building (behind the corner in Kustlaan) is a Delhaize food store. Convenient to do quick groceries!

Our apartment is located in the middle of the shopping streets just 100 meters from seawall and beach of Knokke. Through the covered private gallery you walk into the Kustlaan at the height of the Lichttorenplein that opens onto the Zeedijk and the beach. The apartment is in a quieter street in the middle of the so-called golden triangle surrounded by the shopping streets Kustlaan, Dumortierlaan and Lippenslaan.

In 2024 we finally realized our dream. We take pride in our place by the sea that we have completely renovated. It is wonderful to jog on the beach in the morning, take a dip in the sea, followed by a full breakfast. Then follow beach walks, apero in the beach bars, cozy dining in the nice restaurants and enjoy the sunsets in the sea. This year I want to swim in the sea every month of the year.
