This private, studio apartment is across the bridge from Universal Studios. It comfortably fits two (and air mattress for up to 4), has a full kitchen, and is a safe area. Located in the Cahuenga Pass neighborhood, central to many major attractions.
This studio apartment is newly renovated. There is a queen bed and a queen air mattress is available for two additional guests. There is an AC and portable heater. The bathroom has a shower only- no bathtub. The apartment is located on a private, gated property, that is easily accessible by front street entrance and includes a parking space.
Guests have access to apartment only, and must be respectful of the common area of the parking lot/driveway.

Located within a 5 minute walk to Universal Studios, 5 minute drive to Warner Bros. Studios, 5 minute drive to Hollywood Bowl (where they host the most popular concerts/events in Hollywood), 10 minute drive Griffith Observatory/Hollywood Sign, 2 minute walk to convenient/liquor store. Home to many of L.A.'s favorite restaurants and bars - anything you feel like can be found on this one street!
Located right off of the 101 Freeway, which easily takes you to all major freeways. There is a local bus stop within 1 minute walk and for further travel, the Metro station is only a 10 minute walk from our space. Uber and Lyft are also very popular options for getting around. Car rental companies are just a 5 minute drive away.

The apartment is across the street from LA Fitness. Daily guest passes are available if interested.
This is a non-smoking studio apartment. Sorry, no pets allowed. No parties or overnight guests allowed except for those listed when booking reservation. Please be respectful and clean up after yourselves and children.
I am originally from Houston, Texas and have been in Los Angeles for four years now. I am a Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate from the Conrad N. Hilton College at The University of Houston. My passion has always been tourism and creating memorable moments for my guests. I manage my listing with my co-hosts, Jaime and Sam, who are originally from Ecuador and Lebanon. Together, we speak Spanish, Arabic, French, and English.
