Minimum 3 Guests, Townhouse located 5 mins from the town of Cocentaina, self catering, street parking, close to train station, local outdoor swimming pool within walking distance (10 mins). The area is suitable for hiking, climbing, mountain biking and local tours available.
Guests have full run of house, hosts are off site.
1hr drive from Alicante / Valencia airport.
40 minutes drive to beaches El Campello, Gandia.
1 hour drive to Benidorm, Denia.
Outside courtyard for that Spanish experience.

The space

2 double bedrooms; 1 bedroom with single bed and a double; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 family bathroom with bath and shower; 1 bathroom with shower; full kitchen that leads to a secure enclosed courtyard for outside entertaining with an entrance lounge and dining area.
The property also has a 2nd living area away from the TV and a great place to chill out, read or listen to the radio.

Please be aware that the property is NOT suitable for disabled, toilets and all bedrooms are upstairs.

Interaction with guests

Collection and hand over keys, on call for problems.

Call key holder an hour before arriving and departing.

House is for minimum of 3 guests, if you're a couple look for:
Apt 1 - Self catering within a house in the search of Airbnb.

Street parking if you are unable to park outside the property drive pass the recycle bins to main car park about 25meters.

Rubbish (Trash) is recycled! If bin is full, take away end of street by the car park.

Important: When you book READ your itinerary it has the contact details of the KEY Holder/s.

Maximum number of infants under 2 years of age we can accommodate is three infants as we have 3 double beds and can sleep with the parents, as we do not provide cots.

Children (ages 2-12 years) will continue to be counted and charged in the same way adults are.

We are NOT a Hotel, look after the property and keep it the way you find it clean and tidy.

Turn off appliances, and heaters when leaving the property.

Please help us keep our rates as low as possible by turning lights off as you leave each room.

If a gas bottle runs out please replace (applies to long term stay, if staying a week or more).

Smoking inside the property is prohibited, you may smoke in the courtyard, if you smoke outside the front door pickup your cigarette ends.

No parties and please keep noise level to a minimum and respect your neighbours.

Leave by 11am as this gives us time to clean our home for other guests.

If any furniture or ornaments in the house is moved put it back where you found it (refer to internet pictures).

If you lose the key please be aware that there is a €25 charge (Pay key holder).

Important: The Key holder/s or cleaner will and can enter the property from time to time, if you have extra guests that have not been paid for and we have not been informed, YOU WILL automatically lose your FULL Deposit, in extreme circumstances you will be asked to leave.

When you have finished your stay, please review us but do not mark us down on Airbnb, let the key holder or myself know and we will make sure they are fixed for your next visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Kevin's townhouse in Cocentaina whilst visiting family. Its in a great location in the old town only 5 minutes walk from the main street and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Andrew met us at the property despite us changing our arrival time a few times due to Ryanair delays etc, but he was more than happy to adjust. He also gave us great advice about what to do in the local area and showed me round the one way system as we had a car - going the extra mile, literally! We'll definitely be back!

Very spacious and clean town house. Susan and David are adorable people ready to help. We arrived with our bikes which we could store in the patio next to the house. Ideal for trips in the surroundings.

Kevin keeps a fantastic space, with more than enough for most groups that would be traveling through. My friends and I found ourselves wishing that we had another night to spend in Cocentaina! His contact, Andrew, is also a fantastic guy. He graciously picked us up from the train station in his car, and drove us to the grocery store before heading back to the town house. I would absolutely stay here again. Kevin mantiene un espacio fantástico, con muchísimo espacio para cualquier grupo. Mis amigos y yo hubiéramos querido quedar en Cocentaina para una noche más! Su contacto, Andrew, también es un tío muy amable. Nos cogió en coche en la estación de tren, y nos condujo a un supermercado antes de llegar al apartamento. Absolutamente quedaría aquí otra vez.

My wife and I, have decided to turn our townhouse into a holiday let, we now have a 2nd home which we are turning into 3 apartments. Unfortunately we are unable to meet with you during your stay as my wife works abroad as a science teacher. We have friends that look after the property and trust you will enjoy your stay.
