The space

Retro-modern, Gem is a fantastic one bedroom apartment located right opposite Flinders St Station, making it so easy to get around to all of Melbourne's top spots.

Inside the apartment is comfortable and spacious, with sofa, a flat screen TV and cooking facilities in the kitchen. The master bedroom includes a quality king bed and hotel quality, high thread count linen.

Interaction with guests

This is your own private apartment. Upon arrival you'll be introduced to the space and given the keys - then it's all yours to enjoy. If you have any questions during your stay you are welcome to call me anytime.

The neighbourhood

Gem sits in the heart of Melbourne, wonderfully close to all the best spots to visit in the CBD. We recommend ducking around to Flinders Lane and following it all the way up to the Paris end at Spring Street. On this walk you will find many Melbourne favourites including: Dukes Lane coffee roasters for excellent coffee, Jungle Juice in Centre Place (just off Flinders Lane) for delicious bagels, incredible fashion boutiques like Alpha60, contemporary Asian food at Supernormal and ChinChin, and famed Melbourne tapas and wine bar, Cumulus Inc. Make a day of it and visit them all - you will love it!

Getting around

Located on Flinders Street, with the station right out the front and tram stop of the free tram zone! Makes it super easy to get around and save money on public transport by taking the tram or walking.

- It is your responsibility to lock the apartment when you are not inside and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool. 
- We do not accept responsibility for loss of property. If you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone us and we can arrange to have it returned to you.

Accurate to the pictures posted! And the location is super convenient and you can basically walk to whatever it is you need to find! Everyone should stay here at least once whenever they are in melbourne!
