Interaction with guests
Personalized attention. We will be in the building from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The emergency contact phone is left.
For check-in / out outside our hours, Saturdays after 13 pm and Sundays all day will be charged extra $ U25 !!!!!

Internal Regulations RIVADAVIA APARTMENT
It is the responsibility of the guest to read the RIVADAVIA APARTMENT INTERNAL REGULATIONS, since all guests without exception will be subject to this regulation that is considered as an annex of the contract of adhesion and must be respected as such.
1.It is considered as a guest of the department solely and exclusively to the person or persons who have checked in. The company will deny accommodation to the guest who does not comply with these requirements and will be entitled to demand, if he deems it appropriate, the identification of the applicant and the persons accompanying him.
2.The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of arrival, in cash. Any additional costs are borne by the guest and are canceled at the time of making a withdrawal from the hotel. If the customer does not pay on time, the right to use the room is lost, without any cash refund.
3.The guest is obliged to declare the exact number of people who will use the room and pay the amount for extra persons. Failure to do so may result in unrecorded persons being unable to spend the night in the hotel.

8. It is the guest's obligation to keep their conversations in a moderate tone so as not to disturb the rest of the other guests.
9. The guest will refrain from using recorders, electrical appliances, musical instruments or noisy games that disturb the tranquility of other guests.
10. Guests accompanied by children should undertake to ensure that the latter do not disturb the rest of the other guests with shouts, games, races, inside or outside the departments; Especially early in the morning or during the night.
