Guest access
Guests are able to use all kitchenware and appliances, laundry machines, theater room, refrigerators, life jackets, Stand Up Paddleboards, Sit On Top Kayaks, gaming console, board games and DVD's. Guests will not have access to the boat, jet ski, boat lifts, garage, shed or Owner's closet.
Other things to note
All linens are provided including sheets, comforters/duvets and towels. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. We ask that linens remain inside the home and that guests bring towels to use by the lake. We will start you off with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, large and small crock pots, pots & pans, blender, hand mixer, air fryer, toaster. We also have a Keurig and drip coffee maker (bowl filters) and plenty of mugs and tumblers.
Due to potential allergies, we do not provide toiletries or laundry detergent. We do not guarantee propane, but there are 2 tanks available. We ask that if you empty, please refill. Ace Hardware & the Pit Stop Gas Station offer refills.
