Please note prior to booking:
-The owner living on the main level has a small, quiet dog.
-This is a car dependent unit for (either a car or rideshare)
-This is a basement apartment with stairs down into the unit
-There is a small area of the ceiling in the kitchen that is dropped to accommodate the venting system. If you are over 6 feet tall, this may not be comfortable for you.
-Please use common courtesy by keeping the space tidy and the noise levels down.
-No parties and no more than 4 guests at the property.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

Guest access
There is parking for one car available on the side of the driveway away from the garage. There is ample street parking, as well. The entrance to apartment is though the french doors on back patio. You enter into a private mudroom, turn right to descend the stairs that lead to the basement apartment.

Other things to note
We love pets but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment. We also love children, but this unit is not equipped for them. Thanks in advance for taking great care of this privately owned space!
