Beautiful new home nestled in the heart of Menlo Park. Spacious and has a large entertaining area. Has 5 bedrooms and includes a swimming pool beautiful backyard and patio with built in BBQ grill.
The space
Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. This Modern Country Style home is perfect for a getaway near the city and also is within driving distance to half moon bay, Sandhill Rd, and F@cebook.
Includes a luxurious master suite and 4 additional bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. 3 of the rooms have queen sized beds and 1 has two twin sized beds.
Has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. A beautiful lush green backyard with tiled patio, out door BBQ Grill and swimming pool. Perfect for a summer home!
(Please note: the swimming pool can be heated for an additional heating fee dependent on the length of your stay)
Situated in a quiet, peaceful, family oriented neighborhood, this home is not suitable for large gatherings or parties of any kind.
The property sits on 0.27 acres and covers 3480 Sq ft
Guest access
Guests will have access to everything in our home except those cabinets and closets that are locked. Also included is the swimming pool and outdoor BBQ grill. We have ample private parking in the drive way
Other things to note
Please note that we cannot host parties or large gatherings of any kind.
We will not tolerate any behavior that violates the house rules.
I travel about 5-7 months out of the year for work. When in town, I am often working and going in and out of my workshop which is located in the garage separate and secluded from the main house.
Long term stays with 10% discount are available as well. Please let me know at least 1 month in advance.

I love my neighborhood. Especially the location. I love the convenience of getting into downtown Menlo Park, Palo Alto and just a 30 minute drive to San Francisco. There's lots of greenery and beautiful trees. Definitely a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Within walking distances or short uber ride to Stanford Mall , Dragers or Safeway, Starbucks and downtown Menlo Park.
