The space
Take in sweeping 180° city views from our two-level penthouse in the very heart of Khreschatyk / central Kyiv. The space blends modern comfort with character: a fireplace, designer ceiling lighting, hand‑blown neon signs, and a beautifully lit staircase that also makes an amazing spot for photos. You’ll find beautiful pieces from Jonathan Adler, Lucie Kaas, and other designers from Ukraine and NYC.
A big part of what makes this home special is the art: all paintings, ceramics, and objects you see here are created by local Ukrainian artists. We also rotate the artwork from time to time to help different artists showcase their work, so the apartment may look a little different from one visit to the next (in the best way).

Good news! When city power goes out, the apartment automatically switches to EcoFlow, and the outlets will keep working. To make the charge last longer (and to protect the unit), please use it thoughtfully. 😊
Main rule:
✅ Only ONE high‑power device at a time.
If several devices are turned on at once, EcoFlow may shut down for protection and repeated overloads can damage the unit.
You may use these — but only one at a time
Hair dryer ✅ (okay, but only if nothing else “heavy” is running)
Coffee machine ✅ (use it as your “one device at a time”)
Kettle ✅ (alone)
Stove / cooktop ✅ (alone)
Washing machine ✅ (please avoid during outages if possible; if needed, run it alone)
⚠️ Please do not use the hair dryer at the same time as the stove, washing machine, kettle, or coffee machine.
How to save the EcoFlow charge (very important):
💡 Turn on lights only in the room you’re in, and switch them off when you leave.
🔌 When your device is charged, unplug it.
🧊 Keep doors/windows closed to hold warmth.
🧺 If possible, do laundry once the city power is back.
If EcoFlow shuts off:
1. Turn off/unplug all devices
2. Leave only essentials (lights + phone charging)
3. Message us right away — we’ll help 🤍

Rates:
10:00–22:00 — 150 UAH/hour
22:00–10:00 — 40 UAH/hour
Payment during air alerts is processed as usual.

Other things to note
Thanks for staying with us! A few simple house rules help keep the apartment comfortable and secure for everyone:
✚ Weekly cleaning for longer stays: For stays over 7 days, we require an additional weekly cleaning: $35/week.
✚ Guest ID (building requirement): Please send a photo ID for each overnight guest (required by building security).
✚ Photo/video shoots: Any professional photo or video shoots must be approved by the owner in advance.
✚ Guest limit: Maximum 6 people during the day and 4 people overnight.
✚ No parties + quiet hours: No parties. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 — please be mindful of our neighbors.
✚ No smoking / no drugs: Smoking and drug use are not allowed.
✚ Please don’t unplug devices: Kindly do not disconnect our devices from the outlets.
✚ Please don’t move furniture/decor: To avoid damage, do not move furniture or décor.
✚ Cameras: There are security cameras OUTSIDE the apartment in the public hallway. No cameras inside the apartment.
