In the master bathroom, there is a walk-in shower with grab bar. The guest bathroom has a shower bathtub with grab bar.
There are three flat screen televisions with basic cable channels. The living room has a HD 55-inch screen. Both bedrooms also have televisions.

Recently upgraded, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stainless steel sink, and plenty of counter and cabinet space for storing and preparing food.
The front patio is great for entertaining family and friends. It has a table that seats 6 with padded chairs, an umbrella, and a BBQ. The front patio is a concrete patio and faces the street.
Go to the beach and enjoy your day. There is a hill before you get to the beach. You can walk to the beach or drive there in 3 minutes. We provide beach accessories such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and toys for your family to use.
Bring yourself and a few outfits. Towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. You can also prepare a wonderful meal for the family since dishes, utensils, pots are provided.
