Across from the “oldest church” in the Hawaiian Islands, this vacation rental is centrally located in the heart of down town Kona. It's walking distance from the beach, shops & (URL HIDDEN) need for a car. A trolley is available for local trips.

You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner in the lanai (balcony) with a beautiful ocean view. The condo, with over 700 square foot of space, offers a nice comfortable queen size bed and a full size sofa bed in the living room.
Guests can enjoy a newly renovated pool with a gas BBQ grill and sitting area (bench & table) nearby. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and beach amenities such as snorkel gears, beach chair, towels & umbrella. WIFI and HD cable are also available.
Interaction with guests
Our resident manager lives next door and alway available when there's an emergency. HIs office is right next to the parking area and is easily accessible. We also have a personal manager who is available 24/7.
Other things to note
The condo is approximately 7.5 miles from the Kailua-Kona International Airport. Instruction to the condo will be given on the confirmation letter.
With regards to Ironman 2016...our rate is based on what King Kamehameha's going rate is for the event. As of 2/29/16, King Kam is fully booked and their minimum rate is $400/night for a double beds with no ocean view. King Kam is next to the pier, which is the starting point for Ironman. Our condo is located 5-10 minute walking distance from the pier.
The "House Rules" is attached to the door of the refrigerator
