Our house is located on Rue de l'École Normale in the lively Boutonnet district, a 2-minute walk from tram line 1 (Boutonnet stop), only a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe in Montpellier and 20 minutes from the beaches by car.

Refurbished, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Its brightness, comfort and garden make it a perfect place for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The space
Our accommodation is a charming 60 m2 house in the heart of the city. Tastefully renovated, it consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a comfortable bedroom.

Sleeping arrangements:
- The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed with a dresser at your disposal to store your belongings,
- The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts into a real double bed with a Bultex mattress
