Spread over 44M2, our well-appointed, quiet apartment is nestled within a well maintained building, offering you the perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance.
The master bedroom, designed with a soothing neutral color palette and ample storage to keep your space clutter-free, features designer lighting and a contemporary ceiling fan, creating a chic and serene atmosphere for couples and guests alike.
Step into our newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, where you'll find a comfortable walk-in shower, expansive mirrors, a heated towel rail, and a vanity sink. We've thoughtfully provided shower gel, hand soap, plush towels, and a hairdryer to enhance your stay.
Our inviting lounge area, adorned with tasteful decor, emanates an aura of tranquility. It's the ideal space for unwinding, enjoying your favorite shows on TV, or simply savoring quality time with your loved one. From the lounge, you'll have seamless access to our bijoux but charming green terrace, a private oasis where you can sip your morning coffee or savor a pre-dinner cocktail, perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway.
The flat boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials you need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay. According to public safety regulations in Catalonia (Decree 159/2012 and other legal provisions), all tourist accommodations are required to collect and report guest information to the Mossos d’Esquadra (Catalan police).
This process is mandatory for all guests over the age of 14.

Late check-in fees apply as follows:
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30
After 10:00 PM: €50

💶 Tourist Tax
As required by local regulations, a tourist tax applies to all stays in Barcelona.
This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately.
📆 Until March 31, 2026, the tourist tax for holiday rentals in Barcelona is €6.25 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights of the stay)
📆 Starting April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €9.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights of the stay)
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link to complete the transaction.
This tax is collected by local authorities and helps support sustainable tourism and city services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
👶 Babies
If you're traveling with little ones, we can provide a selection of baby items to make your stay easier.
These items come at an extra cost and can be requested after confirming your booking.
🗑️ Garbage Collection
Garbage is typically collected early in the morning or late at night, especially in warm climates.
Please dispose of your trash in the nearby recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon.

Lost/unreturned keys: €180
Lock change: €350
If keys are left inside and a new set must be delivered:
Between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: €30
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM: €50
📅 Long Stays
For stays of 28 days or more, a €250 management fee will apply.
🔐 Security
Please ensure that all doors, windows, and balcony/patio doors are properly locked when leaving the apartment.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your stay.
We recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance.
