About this listing
Cozy and charming, this two-bedroom condominium is a masterpiece in simplicity and grandeur.
As you open the door, you see a round dining table, crowned with a sober ceiling fan. Pictures and painting of Italy seem embed in the left wall.
To your right, three solemn guardians cling to the wall.
A small sink and wine cooler rest peacefully on top of a light gray granite tabletop.
The living room is a relaxation masterpiece.
Two full couches, ever so inviting, lay in front of a large flat screen.
Vonage phone, Apple TV, Xbox 360, computer, and a breath taking view.
In the first bedroom, a king size bed holds the center of the room in place. Its dark, leathery headrest is a daring and bold contrast between the pristine ambiance of the room, and the pure power of its alluring skin. A white, comfortable lounge chair, begs you to sit and enjoy. The rustic wood works, combined with their splendidly discrete iron chasings, remind you of the preternatural times of old, when life was easier to live.
Contrasting, berating, obliviously standing tall above this, is today's finest technologies. A wonderful flat TV, equipped with Apple T.V., and Dish Network.
Gorgeous forged iron lamps, crowned with marvelous screens, take guard on each side of the bed.
An ebony ceiling fan floats in the middle of the room, providing an amazing sense of surrealness.
A breathtaking woman basks in the wooden floor, streaked into the canvas by David Villaseor, a local painter.
A long closet, dressed in auburn skin, welcomes visitors and guests. Two magnificent sinks made from traditional Mexican Pottery bask in their reflection present in a large mirror.
The shower is not far behind. Made from crystal waist high walls, and marvelous burgundy tiles, both decorated and flat, contrasting with the clear outer rim created by the bone-white tiles in the rest of the bathroom, it draws you into its warm looking womb. A waterfall drips from the metallic ring embed in the ceiling. A fan stands in solitude in the middle of this beautiful scene.
A sliding door opens way to a view like none other.
The terrace deck holds one of the most beautiful places in the world. Framed in its arches and ironwork railings in the Sea of Cortez, magnificent and radiant; the complex pool and gardens flood the lower view in blue and damask green. The furthermost right shows, encased, the most luxurious compound in San Jose del Cabo; Palmilla.
The guest bedroom is no lesser. Its two pristine, white full beds, with their own majestic headrests, matching the colossal fixture in the master room, separated by a brass lamp, and gray night stands and drawers, face a beautiful set of roses in oil setoff. Once again, the contrast between the antique and the modern shows. Atop of the pre-modernity furniture, there is a flat screen TV.
Its closet is wide, and carved into the wall and out of wood, making it appear oblivious to the difference between its material and that around it. An individual couch, comfortable and welcoming, awaits someone to sit and relax.
To match the perfect feeling in the rest of this home, sliding doors open to show a 340 view of the Sea of Cortez.
One traditional pottery sink, with a mirror wide enough to accommodate two people, give way to a long shower, with glassy walls and waist high tiles. Clear and with dashes of red, it seems perfect to relax. A hose showerhead sits and waits.
The overall clear and decorated tiles give it a cute, warm glow.
A fully equipped laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen, is all is necessary for a peaceful, joyful vacation.
