The Avenue is a very well equipped 3 bedroom classic beach house located just 400m to the ocean beach and 300 m to the main Ocean Grove shops. The secure north facing back yard with garden and fruit trees is expansive and private. The perfect space to relax and unwind.

This home is suited to couples, singles and families.

The price includes all linen and cleaning so there are no extras to add on.

The space
Once you arrive there is no need to use the car. It's just a very short walk to the main shopping precinct and local cafes. There is a huge, private north facing backyard with undercover outdoor BBQ, lounge and dining area.

The home is very well set up for children and includes a portable-cot, high chair and toys.

Pets are welcome, and the expansive back yard is fully fenced in so you don't need to worry about your furry friends escaping. The beach directly below the house is off lead all year round and you can walk for several kms and be free. It's dog heaven down there!

There is a second shower and toilet in the laundry (that is separate from the main house) which is great for when you get back from the beach. A four star central ducted heating system will keep you cosy in the colder months.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house and outdoor space. There is a bungalow and two sheds that are locked and not accessible.

I grew up in Ocean Grove in the 70s and 80s when it was a much smaller town. I did quite a bit of travelling after finishing year 12 then moved to Melbourne to study music. I have been working as a professional musician for the past 20 or so years. The family and I attempted to move back to Ocean Grove about six years ago but found the commute a bit too much so now based in North Fitzroy. Our kid's weekend schedules have got a bit crazy so we don't get to the house as much as we would like so have made it available for others to enjoy.
