This South Perry District home is on one floor, with a large fenced yard plus alley parking. The kitchen is spacious and updated. One of the most enjoyable aspects of this home is the light, with many windows letting the sunlight stream in. This cozy residential home is in a friendly, walkable neighborhood. There's a nice view from the front porch, perfect for small gatherings. The property has a spacious, private feel, with lots of lawn on either side.

Other things to note
My husband Mark and I host this property together. We are a newly retired couple and have been looking forward to welcoming guest to our lovely Perry District rental house. I worked as a college teacher and Mark worked in IT for Providence Hospital. We value good communication and will do our best to respond to your needs and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
