Mark was a wonderful host, he answered all our questions and gave us insight to the property and the resort itself. He was very responsive when I had a question during our stay. I highly recommend Mark as a host and staying at his property. If you are looking to relax, this is the place to stay. We have stayed in and around the Sarasota area for years but this was the best trip yet. The location of the property was perfect. The beach was awesome and private and the fishing from the pier was even better than we were expected or hoped for. During our stay at the resort we saw dolphins, jellyfish, stingray, a huge assortment of fish, and even a small hammer head shark! The property itself was well maintained, cozy & comfortable with everything we needed at our fingertips. The pool was nice with a great area for lounging in chairs or the hammock, a Tiki bar for relaxing and a nice grilling area. I can't say enough good things about this play. We can't to come back!!!!

Mark was a fantastic host. He messaged me right away when I requested to book the place, and was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, responding to me almost immediately whenever I had a question. The location of the condo is great, with access to both the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach as well as a fishing dock on the intercoastal. We loved being able to relax on the lawn area next to the water in the back and had a good time watching the boats and dolphin float by back there. The pool is really nice with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, and good depth at the deep end for a fun time swimming. Access to the beach is right across the street (you don't have to drive!), and since it is through a private access to the beach, the area is not as crowded as the public beach area which I loved. The Sea Club II community is nice and quiet, and everyone staying there was very friendly. It is a short drive to Siesta Key Village at the north end of the island, but there are also some shops and restaurants closer that are within walking distance. There is also a "free" (ie: tips only) shuttle on the island that drives people back and forth from the village to the south end of the island which is super convenient because parking in the village can be a nightmare. Pay attention to signs or you will get towed! The condo itself was nice and clean with comfortable beds, nice couches in the living room, and a functional kitchen with fully stocked pots, pans, etc. We were provided with bath towels which was great, but we had to go down to walmart to buy some cheap beach towels. We very much enjoyed our stay, and it was fun to have dinner out on the patio to watch the geckos run around on the ceiling outside. They are so cute!
