Step into 'Mulberry Retreat', a delightful 2-bedroom holiday home designed for both cosiness and ample space, nestled in a superb, peaceful setting at the 5-star Hoburne Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset. It's truly a "home from home," perfect for those seeking comfort and room to relax.

'Mulberry Retreat' offers a modern, airy and exceptionally
well-maintained environment with quality fixtures and fittings that surpass typical holiday home standards. The main entrance opens into a light and airy open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, inviting you to instantly unwind.
Your Fully Equipped Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen boasts a
full-size double oven, electric hob, microwave and a large built-in fridge/freezer. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, from quick snacks to leisurely dinners, with plenty of crockery, glasses, pots and utensils. The dining area features a sturdy table with four dining chairs, ensuring comfortable mealtimes.
Cosy & Spacious Lounge: The bright and sunny lounge, with patio doors leading directly to the secure decking, is truly a highlight. It's a cosy and comfortable haven featuring a feature electric fire for those relaxing evenings in. Sink into the large L-shaped sofa or one of the two single chairs (including a swivel chair!)—there's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or pop in a DVD for a classic movie night.
Restful Retreats
Master Bedroom with En-suite: The master bedroom, at the far end of the hallway, offers a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets and two large double wardrobes with drawers, providing ample space for all your holiday outfits. There's even room for a dressing table with a stool, plus a wall-mounted TV for ultimate relaxation. This room benefits from its own en-suite WC and basin. Rare for a holiday home, there's even space for a travel cot in here!
Twin Room: The twin room with two single beds (slightly narrower than standard), a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and plenty of shelf and cupboard space. A wall-mounted TV is also provided here for extra comfort.
Modern Family Shower Room: Opposite the twin bedroom, you'll find a modern and contemporary family shower room featuring a large walk-in shower cubicle, WC, wash basin with under and over cupboards for all your toiletries.
Outdoor Enjoyment & Thoughtful Touches
The wrap-around decking, accessible from the main entrance or lounge patio doors, provides a sunny and secure outdoor space with a balustrade, perfect for relaxation. The outside table and chairs offer the perfect spot for alfresco dining, your morning coffee, or an evening cocktail under the provided sun umbrella.
We provide all bedding (made up for your arrival), bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. (Please remember to bring your own beach/pool towels). The property is fully double-glazed and has full central heating, ensuring your comfort whatever the weather.
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

You will have full use of Mulberry Retreat during your stay & full use of the onsite leisure facilities if you have purchased the leisure passes (please see 'Other details to note')
Other things to note
The leisure passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
*** PLEASE DO NOT charge electric cars from our holiday home - there are charging points in the main car park by the entertainment complex and nearby at Sainsburys & Matalan. The system is not designed for this - hence could cause an electrical failure. ***
