Your privacy and well-being are top priorities in this clean, non-toxic home, making it an ideal choice for an extended stay in Knoxville.

Nestled in a private neighborhood, yet just a short drive from essentials like grocery stores, gyms, shopping, and more. You can reach nearly anywhere, including downtown, in 5 to 10 minutes, all while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the home after a day of exploring!

Ideal home + location for traveling medical professionals or anyone seeking a cozy, fully equipped work-from-home setup. And when you're ready for adventure, a quick drive takes you to downtown Knoxville’s excellent restaurants and hot spots, or out to the Smoky Mountains for a day in the great outdoors!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home during their stay (unless otherwise discussed), including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You'll also be able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, including the backyard patio with hanging chairs, the covered front porch with bistro seating, and the full driveway.

Please note: there are two locked homeowner closets and a few locked kitchen cabinets — thank you for respecting these private storage areas.

A personalized door code will be provided for easy, secure keypad entry.

For the safety of our property and guests, we have exterior-only security cameras monitoring the front and back entry doors.

Please note
There are train tracks across the street. Train activity varies—typically passing a few times per day, sometimes not at all. The train sounds its horn at a nearby intersection and can be loud, especially if you’re outside. That said, many guests (including us!) find the train adds charm to the neighborhood. If you’re particularly sensitive to noise, this is something to consider when booking. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

All services are routinely scheduled as well as on call anytime you need additional assistance including landscaping, any pest control, additionally requested cleaning services, property management, etc.

Pets
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis — feel free to reach out and ask! Our home is furnished with all new pieces, including a beautiful sectional couch and brand-new mattresses. If you are bringing an approved pet, we kindly ask that you use the provided blankets to help protect the clean, white cushions. Thank you for helping us keep everything fresh! :)

Please note:
There are train tracks across the street. The train varies in activity, typically passing by a few times a day (sometimes none) and honks near the nearby intersection. However, it has never bothered us and many of our guests say it adds charm to the neighborhood! Just important to mention in case you are sensitive to outside noise :)
