Where you’ll be

Hideaway Bay, Queensland, Australia

Hideaway Bay is a secluded, private bay nestled on the Whitsunday Coast. Its backyard consists of the Great Barrier Reef and 74 tropical islands. It is true paradise.

Hideaway Bay is only a short drive from Gloucester Point where you can admire the brilliant sunsets, a rare find on the east coast! In this direction, you will also find Montes, a family run resort, as well as Gloucester Eco resort. Both resorts offer lunch and dinner, coffee and cake, alcoholic beverages and live music. In the other direction, towards Dingo Beach, also a 5 minute drive away, you will find a boat ramp, local shop (which provides fuel) and the super relaxing Dingo Beach pub.

Local activities available include jet ski, kayak, 4 wheel driving, fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, sky diving and taking a ride in a sea plane or helicopter, offering you an unforgettable panorama of the Whitsundays landscape.

Basically, the adventures available are infinite.

Alternatively, you can do absolutely nothing, except recharge your batteries. Lay in the hammock. Listen to music. Watch movies....Sleep to the sound of nothing. Soak up complete stillness (apart from the chatter of birdlife)...
