This exquisite Spanish Villa is nestled at the top of the La Heredia village. As a fully detached haven, it offers the ultimate escape with its array of features.

The space
With 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, comfort and convenience is guaranteed for all guests. The Master itself benefits from its own private level accommodating a large bedroom which overlooks the private pool, an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and private terrace which benefits from shade at the hottest point of the day.

At entrance level you will find the main living space, and kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with all essentials as well as some little luxury appliances such as a Nespresso machine. Just beyond the kitchen you will find a perfectly positioned breakfast terrace where you can watch the sun rise up over the picturesque village and illuminate the Mediterranean Sea. Diving further down to the lower level, the private pool awaits and outdoor kitchen awaits, inviting you to soak up the sun and savour the delightful scent of the fruitful citrus trees.

You will be able to use the entire house, including terraces with sitting areas and a one of the biggest private pool in urbanisation.

Two further large swimming pools are available for use within the urbanisation, one of which is heated during the winter and only a very short walk from the Townhouse.

Other things to note
La Heredia is nestled in the foothills of the Ronda Mountains, enjoys outstanding views including Los Arqueros Golf, the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the North African coastline. These spectacular vistas are to be enjoyed by day and night. La Heredia and the urbanisation of El Madroñal border the Ronda national park. From here there are many routes one can take for hiking. A great variety of Fauna and birdlife can be seen from our doorstep including Wild Boar, Deer, Ibex, Griffon Vultures and Bonelli’s Eagle.
