About this listing
Arguably the best postcode in Bristol! A secluded, stylish, comfortable pad within walking distance of everything that makes Bristol a fabulous place to live. Perfect for a romantic weekend or as a base for work with fast WiFi and free parking.
I hope you'll enjoy the flat as much as I do but I should warn you that you won't want to leave!
It's very comfortable, quiet and secluded and is ideal for a romantic break for a couple or as a base if you're in Bristol for work.
The garden is a delight and not just in summer. There's a covered space as you come out of the kitchen and you're welcome to use the gas barbecue there for year-round outdoor cooking.
It's well kitted-out with a large flatscreen TV, cable broadband WiFi and new kitchen appliances. You should get a great night's sleep due to the custom-made blackout blinds and comfy bed.
You can walk to most places, and if you arrive by car, you are welcome to use our visitor's parking permits for free parking right outside the front door.
You have access to the whole flat and private garden.
Interaction with guests
I will most likely be abroad during your stay. You will be expertly looked after by my neighbours and friends, Lucy and Dave.
You're in a great spot to explore Bristol. Come out of the flat and turn left and you're a very short walk down to Stokes Croft, Bristol's cultural quarter and the spiritual home of Banksy, where there are great places to eat, drink and enjoy live music, dance and theatre all within a few minute's walk.
Turn right, however, and you're in the posh parts - Cotham, Clifton and Redland with all they have to offer. You really get the best of both worlds.
There are plenty of buses and the central bus station is 10 minutes' walk. Redland train station is a short walk to and this is one option for getting to Temple Meads.
No parties or loud music and please try to leave the place as you found it.
