- The pool is unfenced and located near the main entrance.
- The property is not fully fenced.
- As the villa is set in a rural area, wildlife may cross nearby — please be cautious when driving or walking at night.
- There is only one neighbor in the area, and their house is located a considerable distance away. They live in town and only visit occasionally.
- There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, so a car is essential during your stay.
- The access road is well maintained, and even low cars can reach the property easily.
- Pool heating operates from April to October, but please note that the pool is not covered, so water temperature is influenced by outdoor weather conditions.
