Wooden and masonry chalet to enjoy the tranquility of the Atlantic Forest, in a rural community of small farmers in the Rio de Janeiro mountains, 50 km from Friburgo and 30 km from Bom Jardim. Ideal for people who enjoy birdsong, simplicity, and are open to rustic and sustainable experiences, such as using a dry toilet, wood stove, and campfire. The cottage is comfortable, cozy and equipped with kitchen utensils, internet, hot shower and gas stove.

The space
The Terra dos Tatus farm (1,000 m2) is surrounded by forest. In addition to the chalet, there is a main house, studio, storeroom, garage and agroforestry garden (tall trees, fruit trees, coffee, herbs and spices). The Chalé da Mata (40 m2) stands out with a view of the agroforestry, deck, integrated living room and kitchen, mezzanine with double mattress (we have 1 extra single mattress for a companion, preferably over 12 years old - check conditions), 1 dry toilet, 1 toilet with shower and 1 service area.
