Discover Dubrovnik in our cozy and efficient studio apartment, ideally perched above the picturesque Banje Beach. A mere 5-minute walk will take you to the heart of the enchanting Old Town.
Convenience is key in our location. Everything you need is just steps away - from the airport shuttle bus stop to local buses and taxis. Indulge in the variety of nearby grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, newsstands, and bars, all within easy walking distance.
The space

My STUDIO APARTMENT is conveniently situated close to, yet noticeably quieter than, the lively Old Town.
We have a self check in system. We send videos and pictures which explain how exactly to self check in.
You can leave your luggage before the check in or after the check out in a locked storage in our house, that will be regularly cleaned.
The STUDIO APARTMENT makes the ground level of my semi-detached house which is situated behind the wide building facing the street above the Main Dubrovnik Beach. It has an excellent location, in Ploče area, close to Hotel Excelsior and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Banje Beach are 2 minutes away from the flat, 30 metres descending the stairs. To reach the main road which leads to the Old Town, Banje Beach, markets, etc there is only 50 stairs from the apartment, and vice versa. The Old Harbour is 10 min walk and from there you can take a boat to the Island of Lokrum (every half an hour) or go to Elafiti Islands.
The airport bus leaves you at the bus stop "Ploče" that is only 5 minutes away by foot from our place.
The Apartment is categorized with 3* and accommodates 2 persons. It is newly renovated, 20m2 with air-conditioning, one bedroom with two single beds put together (or they can be separated), TV set, kitchenette, microwave, (and all that you need for cooking), small dining table with two chairs, and TV. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and ventilation. We have Wifi Internet. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. We provide an adapter/converter (Universal International for plugs from UK, USA, Asia, Australia, Middle East) for European wall sockets, UPON REQUEST.
ARRIVAL:
You may take an Uber or a taxi and tell the driver to drop you off at the address: Ulica Frana Supila 21. You will go to the apartment as it will be seen in the sent video.
Otherwise, you may take the Airport bus. You must ask for a bus that is "PLATANUS TRAVEL AGENCY - Official shuttle bus that stops at the stop called PLOČE".
It costs 10 Euros for a one way ticket, or 14 Euros for a return ticket, and get off at the stop called "PLOČE". The bus stop PLOČE is right next to the entrance to the Old Town.
Once you get off there, do not enter the Old Town, instead go in the opposite direction via the street called Ulica Frana Supila. You go in the direction from where your bus came from. Your bus will drop you off at the address Ulica Frana Supila number 6, you just need to get to the address Ulica Frana Supila number 21. Just watch the numbers of the street Ulica Frana Supila and after only 5 minutes by foot and around 300 metres, you will reach the big building on your left hand side at the address: Ulica Frana Supila 21.

You do the same if you arrive by bus to the Dubrovnik Main Bus Station (GRUŽ Harbour) from where you take the local bus 1a or 1b to arrive to Pile, then enter the gate of the Old Town, go through the main street Stradun, and go ahead to the end gate to enter Ploce where you go straight to the Banje Beach to the address: Frana Supila 21 and then watch the video that we'll sent to you which who will take you to the apartment.
If you arrive by ship (GRUŽ Harbour) do the same as explained above.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
No private parking space. I must advise you in advance that it is best not to have a rent a car or a car at all while in Dubrovnik because it is a small city and there are not a lot of spaces to park and the parking is very very expensive. My apartment is 5 minutes away by foot from the entrance to the Old Town, 2 minutes away by foot from the best beach in town (called Banje), 3 minutes away by foot from grocery stores and news-stands, 5 minutes away from a local bus stop and a taxi stop, etc, so you will highly unlikely need a car in Dubrovnik.
If you are nevertheless coming with a car, I would suggest you multiple options for parking in Dubrovnik.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE:
Our latest check in time is 23:00, i.e. 11:00 PM. So, if you have a plane, bus, ferry that will not allow you to check in before 23:00, please do not book with us.
We charge 30 Euros for late arrivals after 23:30, regardless of whether it is the guests' fault or not (for instance delayed flight or late bus or problems on the road).
Guest access
In front of the apartment there is a shared terrace. You have your own designated table (with a number 3 on it) and chairs. You can also dry your clothes on the ropes in the garden. Feel free to use the clippers for hanging the clothes.
CAR RENTALS OR CAR USAGE IN DUBROVNIK?
We strongly advise against using or keeping a rental car while in Dubrovnik, as parking is extremely limited and complicated. Many streets—especially those near the Old Town—are inaccessible unless you are a resident or have a special permit.
For that reason, we recommend either returning your rental car upon arriving in Dubrovnik or renting one only when you’re ready to leave the city. If you're arriving in your own car, the best option is to park it and avoid using it during your stay.
Nearly all major attractions are within walking distance from our apartment, so there’s really no need for a car while you're in Dubrovnik.
