SM Light Residences is all you are looking for a great stay as you have everything within reach while living in a resort style condo. There's a Light Mall below with supermarket, cinema and resto. Accessible to Makati, BGC, QC, Manila, San Juan via MRT, buses or taxi.
Our condo unit has a complete amenities to make you feel at home.
The unit has 1 bedroom with full size bed, a balcony where you can eat your breakfast or just sit and relax with a refreshing view of the pool on the 8th floor (Amenities floor). The living room has a sofa that can be converted into bed should a third person will be staying with you. A ceiling fan is also installed in the area for more ventilation. Living room area also has an LCD TV with cable so you won't be missing your favorite show, movie channels or the latest news. A DVD player is also available should you have a dvd copy of your film.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove & hob, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking utensils and china wares should you need to fill your hunger. A supermarket is just located downstairs to buy all your basic needs.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower area that has an installed water heater and a washing machine.
Our Light Residences condo has a nice lobby on the 8th floor where you can access free wifi while lounging in the sofa with a great view of the pool. A dip in the waters would be fun on hot sunny days (*minimal fees apply for use of swimming pool). There are 2 lap pools and 2 kiddie pools for your little ones. A padded playground on the side can keep little ones busy during the day. Keep fit and healthy by using the gym facilities.

• PLEASE ENSURE YOU WILL AGREE TO BELOW HOUSE RULES IF YOU WANT TO INSTANT BOOK:
VERY IMPORTANT RULE TO NOTE: Check-in time is STRICTLY from 2PM until 6 PM only since we are not hotel-like. Guest will have to inform of expected time of arrival at the condo for the representative to be around to pass the key and assist the guest in the registration at the lobby. Please allow the host to have 2-3 hours preparation to travel and reach the unit in order to avoid long waiting time on the side of the guests. Guest are suggested to be considerate and inform the host if the agreed arrival time will not be followed.
For the both of us to have a good host-guest relationship and to make your stay pleasurable, please help to follow these simple house rules:
1.IDENTIFICATION. All guests staying in the unit should provide a copy of the passport or any valid identification via email upon successful booking for the host to register your name in the condo. Unregistered guest will not be allowed entry by the Condominium security.
2.CHECK-IN time is between 2 to 6 PM local time. Guest will have to notify the host of expected arrival at the unit. If you plan to come outside the check-in time window, please notify us so we can arrange accordingly subject to availability and additional charges for checkin later than 6 PM.
3.CHECK-OUT time is no later than 11 AM local time.
4.Early CHECK-IN and late CHECK-OUT is subject to prior approval and availability. For unapproved early CHECK-IN and late CHECK-OUT, additional charges will incur at 10 USD/hour of the stipulated CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT time which is to be collected from the security deposit.
5.STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the unit including balcony. SMOKING in any common areas of the condominium is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are activated in the unit. If guest is found smoking inside the unit due to smell, I may need to ask you to checkout immediately with no refund. At the same time, full security deposit will be forfeited.
6.I am a pet lover but sad to say, pets are not allowed in this condominium.
7.Maximum number of guest allowed is 3 subject to additional cost as stated in the listing. Infant/kid are considered 1 guest. Only registered guest/s will be allowed to sleep in the unit for security reasons.
8.Linens and bath towels are supplied according to number of registered guest. Basic essentials such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, mineral water will be supplied once. If stocks run out during your stay, guest will need to resupply at their expense.
10.Cleaning fee charges indicated in the Airbnb will be applied upon guest checkout for general cleaning in preparation and courtesy to the next guest. However, may we request all guests to maintain the unit like how it was turned over to you. Basic cleaning materials are available for your use to maintain the unit clean and make your stay more pleasurable.
11.For sanitary reason, trash/garbage are to be disposed daily in the Garbage room at the end of the hallway of your floor unit.
12.No flashing of sanitary napkins or other any item that can clog in the toilet bowl. If there is a clogging, damages will be charged to guest thru the security deposit.
13.Please ensure to use the drain filter in the kitchen sink when washing your dishes. If there is a clogging, damages will be charged to guest thru the security deposit.
14.Please use all furniture and appliances for their intended purpose only. Not a single piece can be taken out from the unit. Any damage will be charged to guest thru security deposit. In the event of any damage, please report it to me immediately.
15.Guest are to ensure noises are contained within the unit. No hosting of parties, please. In the event that a neighbour made a complaint or the building management, I may have to ask you to checkout immediately with no refund.
16.HELP SAVE MOTHER EARTH. For our contribution to mother earth, please help to conserve water and electricity. Guests are requested to turn the lights and aircon OFF when necessary and as they leave the unit.
17.ENTRY AND INSPECTION. Host or a host representative reserves the right to enter the unit at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the unit or other authorized persons. If Host has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Host may enter the unit without advance notice.
18.SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required and held by Airbnb. It is fully refundable within 5 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:
•House Rule #5 (STRICTLY NO SMOKING) is followed. A smell of cigarette smoke, ashes, cigarette butt left inside the unit including balcony is good evidence that guest has disobeyed this rule.
•No damage done to apartment or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No lingering odours on furniture or bedding from pungent food (like cooking of tuyo or any other dried fish and bagoong), scented oils or topical medications
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, extraordinary cleaning or smoking inside the apartment during the stay.
•No linens or towels are lost or damaged.
•No unapproved early check-in or late check-outs.
•No clogging of sewer system (toilet and kitchen sink
•The Guest is not evicted by Host, property management, or law enforcement.
•No lost key/s.
•No missing contents (inventory list is provided in the unit)
19.CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: See Airbnb/Host Cancellation/Refund policy in the listing.
20.HOLD HARMLESS: The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
21.TERMINATION: If Guest violates the terms of these House Rules, this agreement may be terminated and the guest will vacate the premises immediately and all unused fees will not be refunded.

I am an IT professional based in Singapore. It is my first time to host my 2 units in SM Light residences in Airbnb remotely but you can communicate to me all your concern and queries via viber end to end of your stay.
