Welcome to our newly renovated home, which includes all brand new furniture. Our home features 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV to enjoy. Here we have included an incredible game room which includes a foosball table, giant connect 4, wall mount ring game, mini basketball setup, Pac-Man arcades and a small movie theater to enjoy! The backyard includes a covered patio with fire pit and corn hole to play!
1 king Bed - 3 Queen beds - 2 Twin Beds

The space
The space is set up for 10 guests, but can sleep 2 more on a blow up mattress if needed. We have a fun basement with movie area, foosball, pacman arcades, mini basketball, giant connect 4, ring game, and more. We also have a fully stocked coffee bar for you to enjoy.
There is a one car garage and space for 3 more cars in the driveway. There is a nice covered patio area with a fire pit, and corn hole ready to play!

Bedroom #1 has a king Bed
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #3 has two Twin Beds
Bedroom #4 is a jack & jill split room with 2 queens (this room also has a curtain divider for privacy)

We are walking distance to lots of different food spots, and to a Walmart for any conveniences you might need

We are 5 Minutes to Old Town Arvada. A super cute area to walk around and shop, eat, or fun nightlife.

We are also open to stocking items if needed... We can stock candy for a movie night, or have cold beer waiting (if over 21 of course) for a small convince fee.

Please note there is a security camera on the driveway of the property.
