Guest access

We are Neighbors... This house sits on the front part of our property. It is very private, but we are close by if you need anything. We try to touch base with you a few days before to get ETA details. But usually only need a 15 minute warning to meet you with the keys. We try to be flexable with check in and check out times if no one is booked before or after you. Just let us know so we can make arrangements with the house keepers.

Interaction with guests

We have lived in this area for over 25 years so we would gladly give you our recommendations for local businesses and activities. The Central Coast is known for its friendliness. And according to Oprah SLO county is the "Happiest Place" in the country. Great restaurants, beaches and wineries are close and plentiful. If you are so inclined, we have enjoyed scenic Sunday drives on our motorcycle to multiple destinations like Avila Beach, Lopez Lake, Solvang, Santa Barbara, Cambria, Paso Robles, and would love to share these beautiful routes with you. But mostly we just leave you alone to enjoy your time away.

Beautiful setting and great outdoor space, barbecue, dining area, and views. Comfortable beds and the house very clean. Loved the ping pong table. Power done your devices as no wifi! Hosts are communicative and were available to answer the few questions we had during our stay. Great spot to explore the central coast.

Pam and David's home was perfect for our family. It has an open floor plan with nice bedrooms and a great kitchen. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio in the morning and the stars from the hot tub at night. We felt so comfortable here and loved the location. It was easy to get to the beach, Trader Joe's and dinner options. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

This home far exceeded our expectations, check in was a breeze and the pictures do not do the home or view any justice!

Beautiful views from a hilltop home. Awesome jacuzzi and BBQ pit. Backyard was definitely the highlight, beautiful view of sunset. Great host that is very much willing and excited to offer food, activity, and other recommendations in the area. Very clean and updated amenities inside as well. Roasting smores outside on gas fire pit was also great!

We have lived on the Central Coast for over 25 years. We are local business owners and have 3 teenagers we are very proud of. We are also fun loving and try to enjoy all that the Central Coast has to offer. Some of our favorite things include walking on the beaches or hiking the many scenic trails. Also, taking part in local concerts, festivals and winery events. We love hanging out in Avila Beach, checking out the down town SLO Farmers Market or visiting Salvang and Santa Barbara. Weather permitting, we ride our motorcycle on the beautiful back roads all over the county. Our newest experience that we highly recommend is paddle boarding in Avila Beach with the seals and otters!! But we also love our property. You can often find us working in the barn or garden areas or sitting in the front porch rocking chairs enjoying the veiw. We take alot of pride in the quality and craftsmanship of this home. We hope you enjoy your visit!!
